Luna Vista suite: $250 per night.
Portofino suite: $220 per night.
Milan suite: $200 per night.
November through April
Luna Vista suite: $200 per night.
Portofino suite: $180 per night.
Milan suite: $160 per night.
Payment Accepted - VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash. Deposit equal to one night stay is required upon booking to confirm reservation. Rates are based on double occupancy. There will be a $30 charge for each extra person staying in a suite.
City Tax - There is an additional city tax fee of 10%.
Cancellation Policy - 14 days notice required for refund of deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Fewer than 14 days notice, deposit is forfeited unless suite is rebooked.
Check In Time - 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
Check Out Time - 12:00 noon. Other arrangements may be made by calling 24 hours ahead.
Non-Smoking Policy - Élan is a 100% smoke free environment.
Damages - Guests are responsible and will be charged for damages, replacement, additional cleaning and loss of property. Thank you for your appreciation and consideration of future guests.
Pets - As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets. We will be happy to refer you to a nearby kennel.
Extended Stay - Call for weekly and monthly rates, available for longer getaways or corporate apartment living.
Gift Certificates - Don't forget, gift certificates are always available for birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions.
Accessibility - Guest Suites are located on the 2nd floor above the art gallery. A luggage lift is available for guests' belongings, however, there is no elevator.
Off Street Parking - Available for up to four medium-size vehicles, our off-street parking is a secure and private garage with luggage lift access.
Holidays - Reservations made for Thanksgiving and Christmas require a three night minimum stay including day of actual holiday.
