Payment Accepted

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash. Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $30 charge for each extra person staying in a suite.

City Tax

There is an additional city tax fee of 10.5%.

Cancellation Policy

Seven (7) days notice for reservation cancellation is required. The total reservation amount is charged and non-refundable when fewer than seven (7) days’ notice is given. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Trip insurance is recommended, as it may cover lodging costs when cancellations occur.

Check-In Time

3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Call to make other arrangements at the time of reservation confirmation. Élan offers virtual or self check-in for our guests upon request and for late arrivals.

Check-Out Time

12:00 noon. Call to make other arrangements at the time of reservation confirmation.

Non-Smoking Policy

Élan is a 100% smoke free environment.

Damages

Guests are responsible and charged for damages, replacement, additional cleaning and loss of property. Thank you for being thoughtful of the premises and Élan’s future guests.

Pets

As much as we love animals, Élan is not designed to accommodate pets. We are happy to recommend a nearby pet sitter.

Extended Stay

Call for weekly and monthly rates, extended getaways or corporate apartment living.

Gift Certificates

Élan gift certificates are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions.

Accessibility

Guest Suites are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. A luggage lift is available to transport guests’ belongings to and from the second floor. There is a single staircase that leads to the main foyer.

On-Site Secure Garage

Suitable for up to four medium-size vehicles, our on-site secure parking garage has luggage lift access. Adjacent street parking is also available.
